Novembre non è uggioso nelle sere milanesi

Novembre a cui ho ritagliato nelle sere, spazio per gli eventi in città, al Famedio del Monumentale del 02 novembre, alla ricchissima Book City, all’Associazione Pro Israele.

Conclusa ieri sera con la partecipazione approfondimento del giornalista Guido Olimpio, del Corriere della Sera, che alla sala dedicata a Giovanni Falcone e Paolo Borsellino, al CAM di C.so Garibaldi a Milano, ci ha raccontato la sua esperienza di inviato sia in Israele che nei Paesi del Medio Oriente, che negli USA, la metamorfosi continua della geopolitica dell’unica democrazia nel medio oriente, appunto Israele.

Ho rivisto gli amici Alessandro Litta Modignani, confermato presidente e fondatore del’Associazione, e la cara Anna Maria Racco, fonte inesauribile di un mondo in continua ricerca delle sue radici, e del cammino alla formazione e crescita dello Stato di Israele.

Sentire la storia di chi vive e conosce e segue da decenni l’alternarsi della vicende in Medio Oriente, e che non escludono certo l’Europa, è avvincente oltre che riferimento del realismo che ci circonda.

Olimpio, ci ha avvolto nell’atmosfera allargata che Milano riserva a chiunque stabilisce un rapporto con il cuore della città.
Del resto il ripetersi sinistro degli attentati contro gli Ebrei, da parte dei terroristi di sinistra, di estrema destra, degli integralisti islamici e via così…

Il vilipendio ai luoghi sacri, quali i sepolcri, senza nessuna pietà come è avvenuto spesso in Francia ma non solo; solo che nell’ultimo decennio succede più spesso.

Succede sempre più spesso, anche per i luoghi di culto del Cristianesimo. Ecco perché partecipo a questa associazione pro Israele, del resto le origini ebraico-giudaiche sono quelle in cui si fonda il cristianesimo.

Intanto che sirene urlavano l’urgenza forse di chi sta subendo la pandemia in corso.

Già la “pietà” il suo significato corrisponde al termine latino “pietas” cioè “l’amore riverente dovuto all’entità che trascendono la vita dei singoli. E dunque La pietas non è da considerare come strumento di difesa della religione, ma come sentimento umano che continua ad accompagnare i morti, indipendentemente dalla credenza religiosa degli uomini che li venerano.

E prendersela con i morti mostra non solo ignoranza, ma la profonda insensibilità, giacché la morte cancella tutto, ma lascia dietro di sé forme d’arte, sinfonie, formule matematiche, imprese impossibili che nessuno mai potrà estinguere.

E ai cinque giorni più intensi di Milano, BOOKCITY, straordinaria maratona libraria, con oltre 1400 eventi! Impossibile da seguirli tutti, allora mi sono fatta trascinare da chi incontravo.

E apro subito il 17 novembre, con un argomento affascinante, il potere, così trattato da Piero Melograni autore che sua moglie Paola Severino, ha reso grande omaggio in sala Buzzati al Corriere della Sera, con il suo attuale direttore Luciano Fontana a proposito del potere della stampa, e con il mio ex-editore Luigi De Siervo, sul potere dello Sport.

Ho salutato con simpatia Luigi, rimarcandogli, un paio di incredibili strafalcioni al suo intervento, sulla storia dello sport, ma di solito chi si occupa di calcio, De Siervo è oggi AD della Lega Calcio, sa poco di Cultura dello Sport, ma certo tanto di Calcio…

E il potere dello Sport, in Italia è declinato solo al potere del Calcio. Peccato tanta povertà…la mia guerra all’apertura alla Cultura Sportiva è continua.

Book City l’evento della Cultura che rende Milano cosmopolita, ancora più affascinante non c’è argomento che sia escluso.

E i milanesi, e chi in città riempie ogni angolo, ogni luogo dal centro, alle periferia è un continuo susseguirsi di pensieri ad alta voce.

E con un passa parola da un evento all’altro mi han colpito e non vi svelo nulla perché io mi arrabbierei molto se qualcuno lo facesse a me, ma ecco la nipote di Albert Einstein…

La storia di Lorenza Mazzetti, raccontata da Massimiliano Scuriatti.

Mazzetti l’unica sopravvissuta, insieme alla sorella gemella Paola, all’eccidio della famiglia Einstein in Toscana, durante l’occupazione tedesca del ’44…e della sua rivoluzione cinematografica in quella Londra degli anni ’70.

Lidia Ravera non ha età, tanto rende fresca l’autobiografia di pubblicata in seconda edizione della mitica Joan Baez. É la generazione di Lidia, la sua gioventù. E non tutti si sono uccisi con l’eroina. I video di Joan Baez che canta sono nostalgia pura, anche per chi non ha vissuto quegli anni. La poesia è come certe imprese, per sempre.

Benedetta Cosmi, non mi ha esaltato, forse incuriosito, è molto dotta tecnicamente, ma non mi ha trascinato. Sono sensazioni del tutto personali. Milano, la Lombardia con BookCity, il Festival della Letteratura di Mantova sono eventi che celebrano gli autori e il libro a livello internazionale.

Benedetta, vai spingiti più in là, vai fra la gente e proponiti, prima che le librerie, devono essere gli autori ad avvicinare il pubblico alla lettura. Le ho consigliato di partecipare al Festival di Tropea Leggere e Scrivere, in Calabria.

All’agorà in Triennale, Lidia Ravera, letteralmente un’icona, m’incuriosisce perché voglio sapere come se l’è vista nel suo nuovo libro, intanto che la cronaca, 2020, parlava dei terroristi italiani rifugiati in Francia, suoi coetanei, che un tempo sparavano e seminavano terrore, ad oggi sembrano vite di piccoli borghesi, gli stessi che un tempo militavano nella sinistra italiana.

E che non vogliono tornare a fare i conti con il pesante passato. Secondo me…non ve lo dico! Non posso rivelare ciò che leggerete nel libro.

Lei, Lidia Ravera, è così divertente, ironica, con una satira pungente, e che sottolinea che lavora il doppio per dimenticarsi che deve morire anche lei…come tutti noi.

Adorabile Lidia, e io non ho mai letto tutto intero, il suo più grande successo di esordio Porci con le Ali, però come tutte le generazioni che si sono susseguite, conosco perfettamente la prima pagina, perché è da lì che ci riconosce adolescenti e che non vuoi più diventare grande…

E citare quella serie di sproloqui era liberatorio. Credo continuerà ad essere così per tutte le generazioni a venire. Un classico.

Already “piety” meaning corresponds to the Latin term “pietas” which is reverent love due to entities that transcend the life of individuals. And to the five most intense days in Milan, BOOK CITY, an extraordinary book marathon, with over 1400 events! Impossible to follow them all, so I let myself be carried away by those I met.

And I went immediately on November 17th, with a fascinating topic, power, treated in this way by Piero Melograni, an author that his wife Paola Severino, paid a great tribute in the Buzzati room to Corriere Della Sera, with its current director Luciano Fontana talking about the power of the press, and with my ex-Publisher Luigi De Siervo, on the power of Sport.

I greeted Luigi with sympathy, reminding him of a couple of incredible blunders in his speech, on the history of the sport. Still, usually, those who deal with football, De Siervo is now CEO of Lega Calcio, he knows little about Sports Culture, but certainly, a lot of Soccer … And the power of Sport, in Italy is declined only to the power of Soccer. Too bad so much poverty … my war to open up to Sporting Culture is continuous.

PIERO MELOGRANI 1930-2012

I advised her to participate in the Tropea Reading and Writing Festival, in Calabria.

At the agorà in the Triennale, Lidia Ravera intrigues me because I want to know how she writes in her new book, while the news, 2020, talked about the Italian terrorist refugees in France, her peers, who once shot and sowed terror, today they seem to be the lives of petty-bourgeois, the same ones who once militated in the Italian left party.

And they don’t want to go back to dealing with the heavy past. In my opinion … I’m not spoiling her book!

She, Lidia Ravera, a literally an icon, she is so funny, and ironic, with a biting satire, and which emphasizes that she works twice as much to forget that she too must die … like all of us.

Adorable Lidia and I have never read the whole, her greatest successful debut Porci con le Ali, translate into all languages, but like all the generations that have followed, I know the first page perfectly, because it’s from there that we can recognize ourselves as teenagers and that you don’t want to grow up…

And mentioning that series of rants was liberating. I believe it will continue to be like this for all generations to come. A classic.
