Il grande promoter Bob Arum -Top Rank- dopo la seconda medaglia d’ oro alle Olimpiadi di Londra 2012, lo ha subito messo sotto contratto. Sette incontri tutti troppo in fretta, penso, ma uno così non ce la faceva proprio a fare la fila per crescere nei professionisti.
Combatte subito sin dal primo macth con il titolo in palio. Il titolo WBO. Perso per un pelo in SD con il messicano ORLANDO SALIDO, ormai ageè ma con immensa esperienza. E anche perdere rafforza…

Non credo trovarà altra occasione per salire sul ring. Non si abbandona per frustazione. WALTERS doveva finire il match, vinto o perso. Non ci si arrende, perchè l’avversario si è dimostrato di livello superiore.

November 27th. Brilliant VASYL LOMACHENKO, outclassed punishing the opponent blow by blow. NICHOLAS WALTER quit at the 7th Round. I don’t think WALTERS will find another chance to get into the ring. You don’t quite because of frustration.
WALTERS should have to fight all rounds, till the end, win or lose, you don’t give up, because your opponent is revealed to a superior level.
