Per noi oggi domenica 15 aprile, sarà l’ora dell’aperitivo intanto che sul ring dell’Arena di YOKOHAMA, in Giappone di fronte a 18.000 persone e trasmesso da ESPN.

I due avversari, il 32 enne RYOTA MURATA vs il nostro italiano 38enne EMANUELE BLANDAMURA, combatteranno per il titolo WBA Pesi Medi, già nelle solide mani del giapponese, prima ancora Medaglia d’Oro Olimpiadi di Londra 2012, stessa categoria.

Alle operazioni di peso entrambi perfettamente nel limite della categoria dei Medi: il giapponese Murata 72.5 kg =160 libbre e il nostro Blandamura 72.3 kg= 159.5 libbre-

Sarà relativamente facile per il campione di casa giapponese, dominare il nostro BLANDAMURA, altro livello, altra classe. Non abbiamo Campioni, facciamocene una ragione. Prima o poi ne nascerà uno nuovo anche in Italia, non tutte le annate sono state del resto da competizione, nemmeno per la Ferrari…!

Sì ma vincere con una 500 è impossibile…

Passerei oltre, dal momento che il messicano SAUL canelo ALVAREZ, è stato trovato con le mani nella marmellata del doping e quindi il faraonico match del CINCO DE MAYO previsto sul ring del MGM di Las Vegas, non si terrà.

E ora è impossibile trovare un sostituto avversario di livello per il kazako, GENNADY GOLOVKIN in così poco tempo e tanto più che GGG è campione eccellente e temuto.

Se si fa slittare non più tardi di settembre/ottobre il match del più talentuoso e granitico Peso Medio degli ultimi anni, appunto GGG, auspico avvenga proprio a TOKIO vs. RYOTA MURATA.

Altre opzioni di livello per GENNADY GOLOVKIN non ne vedo.

Ometto il risultato scontato di questa sera, ovviamente confrontando le abilità tecniche di entrambi.

MURATA vs BLANDAMURA, per quanto mi piacerebbe, non c’è speranza per il nostro Italiano.

Mom doesn’t make Champions anymore…

For us Italians, today Sunday, April 15th, will be aperitif’s time, while in the ring of the YOKOHAMA Arena, in Japan in front of 18,000 people and broadcast by ESPN.

It will be relatively easy for the Japanese, home champion, to dominate our BLANDAMURA, another level, another class. We don’t have Champions, let’s make a reason. Sooner or later a new one will also be born in Italy; not all the years have been competitive even for the Ferrari …!
