LA MAFIA DELLA DIREZIONE GENERALE CINEMA e AUDIOVISIVO DOPO 13 MESI DI MUTISMO, si è espressa.

Ancora una volta “la commissione criminale di esperti del nulla” ha cassato ben altre due sentenze a mio favore.

E questa volta ha firmato il Ministro Gennaro Sangiuliano, la nomina della “nuova commissione di esperti”. Chissà chi sono…

Dopo il docufilm su mio padre Giancarlo Garbelli con altri immensi protagonisti, anche questi due ricorsi, per altrettanti due docufilm si tratta dell’essenza della profondità della Grande Boxe Mondiale.

Ma Ministro Sangiuliano, non ha nulla da dire in proposito?

Lei sa bene chi sono. Tutti mi conoscono.

Eppure ho pubblicamente e via PEC invitata ad incontrarmi con i miei legali.

Questa DGCA, sinistri mafiosi vogliono solo vedere gente fallire!

L’invidia, l’ignoranza, della DGCA sono così abissali che è imbarazzante che i soldi pubblici siano gestiti da questi delinquenti del Ministero della Cultura.

Non importa che io proponga capolavori, che sia impegnata paladina della Cultura Sportiva, la Cultura della Boxe.

Che io investa con tutte le risorse economiche, psicofisiche, arruolando il meglio e faccio lavorare troupe di gran professionisti.

Con protagonisti che il mondo segue e con cui sogna…

Solo chicche che nessuno immagina. Ho aperto gli occhi a tanti che in continuazione consultano le mie pagine da ogni parte del mondo.

Nei miei docufilm ci sono oltre 20 anni della mia vita, documentate e ricchissima di testimonianze per portare a casa questa GRANDE SERIE. Immagina l’originalità io che ci sono nata e cresciuta…

Quelli della Direzione Cinema sono così ipocriti nelle loro risposte, anche quando i Giganti della Giustizia gli pongono su un piatto d’oro le risposte, di come e cosa fare.

É stato scritto nelle sentenze del Consiglio di Stato e anche prima dal TAR, a caratteri ben nitidi che si tratta di “sviamento di potere”, termine legislativo per indicare, corruzione.

E dunque il Magistrato gli ha ordinato di accantonare i soldi e riammettere il mio lavoro autoriale di cultura sportiva, ad una nuova commissione.

Tra l’altro finemente realizzati e prodotti e in finalizzazione in più lingue, come la provenienza dei miei campioni protagonisti e dei innumerevoli luoghi del mondo delle mie riprese, macchina a mano.

I soliti ignoti, se fosse una battuta, invece sono i soliti lì da 30 anni a sottrarre quattrini, hanno tutti un nome e un cognome, fatevi un giro sul sito della Direzione Generale Cinema. Qualche criminale è oggi superpensionato, han passato il testimone ai loro protetti a cui hanno svelato le trame per superare ogni legge, umiliare ogni merito.

In questo mio Blog in cui scrivo da anni al mondo, così tanto e GRATIS a proposito del crimine che si perpetua da decenni nel “sistema del cinema italiano”.  Credo che nessuno abbia mai osato tanto.

Ma io ho radici nella Grande Boxe e disprezzo profondamente ogni tipo di ingiustizia. Figurati tu la mafia!

Di decenni di sinistra infame che in ogni modo ha sottratto danaro e così non far vivere opere meritevoli. Festival che hanno eluso i miei capolavori. Per invitarne altamente mediocri.

È un giro tanto corrotto quanto infame.

L’onestà intellettuale non sanno cosa sia.

Criminali veri. Protetti dal sistema che non li elimina, anzi se ne alimenta!

Hanno sì fatto sostituzione d’autore, al posto degli autori si sono autofinanziati ministri, sottosegretari, amici degli amici, il Sud Italia, LGTB, produzioni che ricevono soldoni, due progetti alla volta…

Questi capibastone del DGCA hanno ogni anno a disposizione €400 milioni + da quest’anno €300 milioni dal PNRR per la produzione cinematografica. Totale oltre €700 miilioni.

E negano a me, gli spiccioli per chiudere, saldare i conti e così distribuire i miei docufilm?

E questo tale malfattore direttore generale NICOLA BORRELLI da anni, dal 2015, e prima da lui altri Direttori Generali tutta la banda a turno capeggiata dai ministri della cultura che si sono susseguiti da Walter Veltroni, a Dario Franceschini, e altri nel frammezzo, più sottosegretari compiacenti non si sono fatti mancare la ricca refurtiva.

Questa Direzione Generale Cinema ha negli anni intessuto un tale sistema criminale, che si ramifica con l’Istituto Luce, alla RAI, a tutti i festival nazionali. In taluni casi internazionale.

Sono un personaggio pubblico, dunque parlo e scrivo pubblicamente.

Da molto tempo ho deciso di farlo GRATIS perché è così che si denuncia: pubblicando al mondo.

E così si aiuta la Giustizia.

Non basta cambiare i ministri e il Presidente del Consiglio e annunciare “che la pacchia a finita”!

E i fatti? Dove sono i fatti? Che è finita…?

Ma si rende conto il Ministro Gennaro Sangiuliano, in carica da 6 mesi cosa succede nel suo dicastero, nel Ministero della Cultura?  Lei non può ignorare i criminali stipendiati con i soldi pubblici che si fanno beffa della legge!

Uguale né più e né meno di come fa il Pugilato Dilettantistico Italiano che prende i soldi dallo Stato, dal CONI, e dalla Russia…e si vanta di essere Campione del Mondo…del diletto! E farlo credere al pubblico con una reta di giornalisti, che in un attimo con un paio di mei articoli qua sono spariti!

Roba da manicomio!

Solo io posso svelare…la verità e non essere contradetta. Infatti nessuno nemmeno ci prova.

Con il sistema marcio molti sono conniventi.

Siamo allo sbando se non salta il sistema non c’è via d’uscita. Lei ministro Sangiuliano, se non interviene, se non accetta il dialogo, il confronto, non applica quanto il Giudice impone, sarà un soprammobile che viene spolverato per esibirsi agli eventi di rappresentanza.

E soprattutto avrà perso l’opportunità di far valere la verità. L’onestà intellettuale di me autore.  Tutto quanto ho denunciato e denuncio non può accumularsi sotto lo zerbino.

Ho la potenza più forte del suo vulcano napoletano…Sono figlia d’arte come le è noto.

…Mai sottovalutare l’avversario!

Questi cinghiali unti del loro malaffare non ignorano.  Mi hanno letto e spulciato approfonditamente.

Sono delinquenti che sono stati autorizzati da un sistema compiacente.

È ora di far piazza pulita!

Infatti non ignora il resto del mondo che mi legge da anni, e sono centinaia di migliaia i miei lettori, da ogni latitudine, se ne accorge chiunque, sono così libera e così evidente che il resto del mondo è sconcertato da quanto mi/ci succede.

Di quale democrazia si tratta?

E allora? E niente, non a caso la mafia è nata nel Sud Italia.

Forse ci vorranno 30 anni per estirpare il sistema marcio, come lo è stato per trovare il mafioso Messina Danaro, perché il Ministro Gennaro Sangiuliano insediatosi lo scorso 22 ottobre, se ne accorga.

Il mondo ci ha deriso, ci deride. Nessuno può credere a una simile farsa.

Faccia il Ministro davvero ci metta le mani e la faccia.

Io come autore sono rispettata al di là degli esiti negativi della sua Commissione di esperti…

Ha notato che nessuno dei suoi excolleghi giornalisti parlano di boxe.

Non possono negare la mia verità. E nemmeno affermarla.

Ce la faremo a far saltare questo sistema marcio. Il nostro lavoro, i miei protagonisti, i miei campioni vivranno per sempre nelle mie opere quanto più possibile in ogni idioma di cui la provenienza, di questi Dei pagani. E il conto lo deve saldare il Ministero della Cultura.

Non c’è ombra di dubbio. Come è noto, non nasco adesso con questi docufilm…

Non sono la sola scioccata del diniego al docufim su mio padre Giancarlo Garbelli. Qua il quarto dei ricorsi dall’esito favorevole, anche il quarto a mio favore, e qua al nostro Presidente Sergio Mattarella.

GMG ricorso al Presidente della Repubblica accolto 02 01 2023

Così chiedevo lo scorso 13 marzo all’ufficio legislativo del MIC: “…attendo di ricevere in seguito a mio ricorso Presidente della Repubblica, la sentenza dell’Adunanza dello scorso 07 09 2022, numero Affare 00841/2021 a mio favore già firmata dal Ministro Gennaro Sangiuliano e dal nostro Presidente della Repubblica Sergio Mattarella, lo scorso venerdì 11 marzo e così immediatamente ai vostri uffici già recapitata.

L’Uff Legislativo rimbalza all’interessato Direzione Generale Cinema, la quale mi risponde una tale cazzata: “Gentile Sig.ra Garbelli, si riscontra la Sua pec del 24 marzo u.s., per rappresentarLe quanto segue. Relativamente al Parere 6/2003 del 2 gennaio u.s. reso dal Consiglio di Stato all’esito del Ricorso Straordinario al Presidente della Repubblica, il Ministero della Cultura, tramite la scrivente DGCA, si è attivato prontamente ai fini della formulazione della proposta di Decreto del Presidente della Repubblica, che allo stato risulta in attesa di pubblicazione sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale, Serie Generale…Ai fini della visione del contenuto del precitato decreto, Le chiediamo, pertanto, di attendere la sua pubblicazione, le cui tempistiche non rientrano nel raggio di azione di questo Dicastero. Ad intervenuta pubblicazione del decreto, la scrivente DGCA provvederà tempestivamente a dare esecuzione alle prescrizioni in esso contenute. Con riguardo all’esecuzione della sentenza del Consiglio di Stato n. 2180 del 25 marzo 2022, notificata in data 7 settembre 2022, tenuto conto che i tempi di nomina della nuova Commissione di esperti hanno inevitabilmente risentito del periodo di transito tra il vecchio e il nuovo governo, si evidenzia che l’attività di rivalutazione è tutt’oggi in corso e risulta assolutamente in linea con le tempistiche necessarie a provvedere alla riedizione di due sessioni di valutazione (I e III, bando 2019). Sarà nostra cura, come del resto è stato sempre fatto per il tramite dei suoi legali, aggiornarla sugli sviluppi dei procedimenti sopra richiamati. Direzione Generale Cinema e Audiovisivo” 

UNA MENZOGNA COLOSSALE NON ESISTE NESSUNA GAZZETTA UFFICIALE PER I RICORSI AL CAPO DELLO STATO DA PARTE DI UN PRIVATO.

E POI COSA C’ENTRA IL CAMBIO DI GOVERNO CON L’ESECUZIONE DI UNA SENTENZA? É chiarissimo il tentativo lurido di denigrare la Giustizia. Come fanno i mafiosi che ben raggirano. Ma l’Ufficio Legislativo del MIC non interviene c’è qualcosa di assolutamente più grave….

E su questa gravissima omissione c’è tutto il bullismo ostentato del degrado di decenni di “sviamento di potere”, questo è il termine con cui la legge, IL TAR, il CONSIGLIO DI STATO indica la corruzione, soldi pubblici.

Una tale rete criminale che in sei mesi di nuovo governo è impossibile da eliminare, per almeno tutto il 2024/25 ci subiremo il marcio del crimine imposto dai sinistri che per decenni hanno governato comperando voti. I beneficiari? Le produzioni del sud Italia, LGBT e affini.Più gli stessi ministri della cultura, da Valter Veltroni a Dario Franceschini più i sottosegretari e ruffiani di tali che per anni hanno imposto questo degrado.

Per il cinema ballano oltre 700 milioni…Cosa vuoi che siano in confronto alla mia più che onesta richiesta e per di più a fronte di quanto già anticipato, in oltre 20 anni?

Le verità con cui li ho colpiti li ha annientati agli occhi di chi non sapeva e non voleva vedere. Screditati.

Non si può festeggiare “la Liberazione”, “la Festa del Lavoro” in uno Stato che a parole professa la libera espressione, e invece in pratica la nega. Il pluralismo…il Lavoro invocato nella Costituzione. Che ingenui i Giganti della Giustizia…a credere che questi tipi luridi avessero stima per la Giustizia.

Anch’io ho pensato che difronte alla Giustizia, a sentenze la DGCA avrebbe avuto modo di ricredersi….É chiarissimo che non lo faranno MAI: Sarebbe ammissione di reato! Perché non c’è stata superficialità di giudizio, o ignoranza. Uno lo ammette anche. Io credo.

Invece è tutto il sistema che è così, come da anni pago sulla mia pelle.

E qui il mio argomento non aiuta questi luridi, la cultura sportiva, non è materia per chi vuole camuffare o peggio cancellare la storia. Non è fantasia. La devi toccare con mano per saperne. Io l’ho fatto per decenni…vedi te, ci sono nata!

Senza questa cultura non potrei sbattere in faccia al mondo questo degrado che umilia le mie radici, la mia nazione, i miei protagonisti di tante altre nazioni. Certo non mi sono fatta mancare nulla!

Non ho rivali. Mi fa schifo però avere a che fare con la Mafia.

Ministro Sangiuliano non mi eviti, concordi un tavolo vengo con il mio legale, ovviamente, un supporto di legge è necessario.

These of Cinema Management is so hypocritical in their answers, even when the Giants of Justice put the answers on a golden platter of how and what to do.

It has been written in the sentences of the Council of State and even earlier by the TAR, – Regional Administrative Court- in very clear characters that it is a question of “misuse of power”, a legislative term to indicate corruption.

And so the Magistrate ordered him to set aside the money and readmit my authorial work on sports culture to a new commission.

These bosses of the DGCA have €400 million available every year + from this year €300 million from the PNRR for film production. Total over €700 million.

And they deny me the pennies to close, settle accounts and thus distribute my documentary films?

And this evildoer General Manager NICOLA BORRELLI for years, since 2015, and before him other General Managers the whole band in turn led by the ministers of culture who have followed one another from Walter Veltroni, to Dario Franceschini, and others in between, plus undersecretaries complacent they did not miss the rich stolen goods.

This Directorate General for Cinema has woven such a criminal system, which branches out with the Istituto Luce, RAI, and all the national festivals. In some cases international Festivals.

I am a public figure, so I speak and write publicly.

For a long time, I’ve decided to do it for FREE because that’s how it denounces itself: by publishing to the world.

And this is how justice is helped.

It’s not enough to change the ministers and the Prime Minister and announce “that the free ride is over”!

And the facts? Where are the facts? What’s over…?

But does Minister Gennaro Sangiuliano, in office for 6 months, realize what is happening in his dicastery, in the Ministry of Culture? You can’t ignore the publicly paid criminals flouting the law!

Equal neither more nor less than amateurish Italian boxing, which takes money from the Government, CONI, and Russia…and boasts of being the World Champion…of pleasure! And make the public believe with a network of journalists, who in an instant, with a couple of my articles here have disappeared!

Madhouse stuff!

Only I can reveal… the truth and not be contradicted. In fact, no one even tries.

With the rotten system, many are conniving.

We are in disarray if the system does not blow up there is no way out. Minister Sangiuliano, if you do not intervene if you do not accept dialogue, or confrontation, and don’t apply what the Judge imposes, you will be an ornament that is dusted off to be exhibited at representative events.

And above all, he will have lost the opportunity to assert the truth. The intellectual honesty of me as the author. Everything I have denounced and denounced cannot accumulate under the doormat.

This is how I asked the legislative office of the MIC last March 13th: “… I await to receive, following my appeal, the President of the Republic, the sentence of the Assembly of last 07 09 2022, Affair number 00841/2021 in my favor already signed by Minister Gennaro Sangiuliano and by our President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella, last Friday 11 March and so immediately delivered to your offices.

The Legislative Office rebounds to the concerned Directorate General for Cinema, which answers me with such bullshit: “Dear Ms. Garbelli, your pec dated 24 March this year is hereby verified, to represent the following to you. With regard to Opinion 6/2003 of 2 last January made by the Council of State following the outcome of the Extraordinary Appeal to the President of the Republic, the Ministry of Culture, through the undersigned DGCA, promptly took action for the purpose of formulating the proposed Decree of the President of the Republic, which at present is in awaiting publication in the Official Gazette, General Series… For the purposes of viewing the content of the aforementioned decree, we, therefore, ask you to wait for its publication, the timing of which does not fall within the scope of this Dicastery. decree, the undersigned DGCA will promptly implement the provisions contained therein. 2180 of 25 March 2022, notified on 7 September 2022, taking into account that the timing of the appointment of the new Commission of Experts was inevitably affected by the transition period between the old and the new government, it should be noted that the revaluation activity is all is in progress today and is absolutely in line with the timescales necessary to provide for the re-edition of two evaluation sessions (I and III, call for tenders 2019). A COLOSSAL LIE THERE IS NO OFFICIAL JOURNAL FOR APPLICATIONS TO THE HEAD OF STATE BY A PRIVATE.

AND THEN WHAT DOES THE CHANGE OF GOVERNMENT HAVE TO DO WITH THE EXECUTION OF A JUDGMENT? The lurid attempt to denigrate Justice is very clear. How do mobsters deceive well? But the Legislative Office of the MIC doesn’t intervene there is something absolutely more serious….

And on this very serious omission, there is all the ostentatious bullying of the degradation of decades of “misuse of power”, this is the term by which the law, the TAR, the COUNCIL OF STATE indicates corruption, public money.

Such a criminal network that in six months of a new government is impossible to eliminate, for at least the whole of 2024/25 we will suffer the rottenness of the crime imposed by the leftists who have governed for decades by buying votes. The beneficiaries? The productions of southern Italy, LGBT, and similar. Plus the same ministers of culture, from Valter Veltroni to Dario Franceschini plus the undersecretaries and pimps of such who for years have imposed this degradation.

Over 700 million are dancing in the cinema… What do you want them to be in comparison with my more than honest request and moreover in the face of what has already been anticipated, in over 20 years?

The truths with which I have struck them have annihilated them in the eyes of those who did not know and did not want to see. Discredit yourself.

You cannot celebrate “Liberation”, or “Labor Day” in a State that professes free expression in words, and instead denies it in practice. Pluralism…Job…invoked in the Constitution. How naive the Giants of Justice… to believe that these filthy fellows had respect for Justice.

I too thought that in the face of Justice, in sentences, the DGCA would have had the opportunity to change its mind … It is very clear that they will NEVER do it: It would be an admission of a crime! Because there was no superficiality of judgment or ignorance. One even admits it. I believe.

Instead, it is the whole system that is like this, as I have been paying for my skin for years.

And here my argument doesn’t help these filthy people, sports culture is not a matter for those who want to disguise or worse, erase history. It’s not fantasy. You have to touch it to find out. I’ve been doing it for decades…you know it, I was born there!

Without this culture, I could not slam this degradation in the face of the world which humiliates my roots, my nation, and the protagonists of so many other nations. Of course, I did not miss anything!

I have no rivals. But it sucks to deal with the Mafia.

Minister Sangiuliano don’t avoid me, agree on a table I’ll come with my lawyer, a legal support is necessary.
