Con il quale sono arrivata sola, dopo 51 presentazioni in tutta Italia, sul palco di Pontremoli ed ho vinto il Premio Selezione Bancarella Sport 2016. La politica cambia e cambiano anche i vertici della TV di Stato. Quello che era magnifico prima, non lo vuole chi viene dopo. Dissacratori, ignoranti.
E di nuovo la 2° edizione da me pubblicata a marzo del 2019 in AudioLibro di 520 pag per oltre 22 ore di ascolto
SETTE ANNI in cui ho prodotto ben tre docufilm, nessuno completato nessuno distribuito i tantissimi che mi seguono da ovunque nel mondo ben sanno che sono nelle mani della Giustizia Amministrativa TAR Lazio. Tutto è pubblicamente documentato.

– E il terzo in via di ultimazione, anche questo vinto in sentenza con il cui sopra.

– Tre sentenze come ho scritto subito, firmate da tre Giudici, straordinarie fuoriclasse! Vedi mio Blog scorso 10 03 2021.
– Invece quarto ricorso non ha ancora avuto la sentenza, la 1° udienza è dello scorso 06 09 2021
– Supportata al meglio dallo studio legale – Malossini- Vannicelli talmente dedito, un incontro davvero fortunato.
– Il quinto ricorso è nelle mani del nostro Presidente della Repubblica Sergio Mattarella, dallo scorso 28 01 2022.
Concepiti e realizzati, con la mia credibilità, competenza e con le mie sole mie forze economiche piene di debiti… e certo di forza psicofisica!
E dunque non posso in nessun modo, anche volendo fortemente distribuire il mio lavoro, nulla posso, perché ci vogliono i quattrini che mi spettano, per pagare i debiti alla mia troupe! E ben altri ancora inerenti alle lavorazioni ultimate e da ultimare.

Quanto tempo devo attendere per avere la conferma della ragione dello sviamento di potere del Ministero della Cultura Italiana, dalla Direzione Cinema? Come già dal TAR Lazio sentenziato, e senza vergogna il Ministero della Cultura si è appellato…e ora l’ultima parola aspetta appunto al Consiglio di Stato.
Quanto tempo ancora TAR Lazio, dopo tre sentenze a mio favore serve ancora al Consiglio di Stato per esprimersi definitivamente?
A quando la sentenza del quarto ricorso la cui prima udienza è stata lo scorso 06 09 2021?
Non solo ho anticipato argomenti di cultura sportiva, che in Italia nessuno, A) conosce- B) non ha mai vissuto in prima persona, quale invece io in anni di viaggi e di mestiere. Ma non solo in Italia…giacché ovunque nel mondo sono seguitissima.
Ed ora tempo non ne ho più. Perché il momento è adesso.
La misera politica del Ministero della Cultura presieduto dal 2014 da Dario Franceschini, in ogni modo mi ha bloccato. Con tale profonda ignoranza. Commissioni di “esperti” incapaci di comprendere la base del soggetto. Naturalmente oltre all’ignoranza lo sviamento di potere sopra citato non mi ha mai incluso, giacché non mi sono mai chinata alla politica di turno. I quattrini li hanno loro e li danno ai chi vogliono loro.
E dire che ho cercato il dialogo a cui non c’è stata risposta. Paura che la corte dei conti faccia loro le pulci…

Mi fa orrore il solo pensiero di ricevere ordini da un politico, su cosa la mia mente deve generare…per mantenere la sua poltrona. E poi figurati con le radici che mi ritrovo, di cui ne sono profondamente orgogliosa, la lealtà non si abdica come la credibilità che ho ricevuto.
E poi che razza di autore sarei? Se non posso esprimermi con libertà di pensiero e apportare conoscenza e sapere là dove non esiste. E certo anche intrattenimento.
Chi mi segue lo sa, ma mi urge farvi questo ulteriore aggiornamento anche questo già ben espresso chiaramente qua nel mio Blog.
Appunto la Mostra del Cinema di Venezia e così il Festival di Roma, tutti chini alla politica sinistra, sbagliata, ignorante mai più m’includerà, non mai mandato a dire quello che penso sia profondamente sbagliato, la politica di parte, regionale, di paese, di villaggio…ed è sotto gli occhi di tutti, di tutti che hanno cognizione.
E se non mi riconosce la mia nazione, quale altra nazione crediate lo faccia? La Francia la festa l’organizza a casa sua con i suoi produttori e registi.
Tutti vogliono i numeri della mia nazione…Per quanto io produca in più lingue e così altrettanto internazionali sono le mie “star”. Ma la nazionalità del mio lavoro è italiana: scritto, diretto, montaggio e non ultima la produzione…
In nessun’altra parte del mondo tale immenso lavoro e tali immensi protagonisti sarebbero finiti in un tribunale amministrativo e per sviamento di potere del Ministero della Cultura…
Ora, Ill.mi Giudici, Ill.mo Presidente del Consiglio di Stato, On. Presidente della Repubblica Italiana Sergio Mattarella, cosa vi impedisce di prendere le decisioni, che richiedono ormai rapidità, che metta fine a questo squallore tutto italiano! A questa grottesca situazione che mi vede in battaglia dal lontano 2003?!

E così io essere libera di esprimermi con il mio lavoro, con le mie opere del mio ingegno?! E le meravigliose persone che con me hanno lavorato e lavorano poter essere da me retribuite come si conviene? E io che non vivo solo respirando…E così investire nel marketing necessario per la distribuzione.
Il sistema statale di RAI TV, delle direzioni di rete, non sanno nulla, non conoscono argomenti tali, non hanno cognizione…di cosa sia la Cultura Sportiva, vivono per i vuoti talk show di pavoni imbarazzanti! Giornalisti di politica, tutti gobbi…servi della politica. Io? Pioniera.
RAI Sport è inesistente, non la guardo, quando sporadicamente mi capita, ho visto copiare talkshow…
Mai visti in un bordo ring che conta: MAI. La politica del calcio è metafora della nostra politica, un rimbalzo di palle equivoche!
Davvero il Ministro Dario Franceschini crede di avere a che fare con una donna che si inchina alla sua ignoranza, prepotenza, arroganza, lui e tutto il suo entourage, ormai inutile!
Un sistema così marcio che mi mette così in imbarazzo, mi dispiace per loro, perché sono italiani come me, ma io sono molto diversa dalle loro cartoline, e devo renderlo pubblico.
Giustizia, Ti prego fai presto! Serve che il Presidente del Consiglio di Stato si esprima definitivamente a mio favore, senza i soldi tutto l’immenso lavoro non può avere luce.
Ed io non subirò oltre. Non permetterò che mi si portino via altri anni di vita.
Non permetterò al sistema burocratico marcio, di bloccarmi ad oltranza!
La vita è adesso! E potrei avere una grande occasione proprio ora.
E 19 anni da quel 2003 che prima mi riconosce poi mi cassa… sono una generazione!

With I arrived alone, after 51 presentations throughout Italy, on the stage of Pontremoli and I won the 2016 Bancarella Sport Award Selection.
Politics changes and so do the management of Government TV. What was magnificent before, those who come later do not want it—Desecrators, ignorant.
And again the 2nd edition I published in March 2019 in AudioBook of 520 pages for over 22 hours of listening on Audible and all other players on the internet.
SEVEN YEARS in which I produced three doc films, none completed, none distributed, the many who follow me from all over the world know well that I am in the hands of the Justice of the Lazio Regional Administrative Court. Everything is publicly documented.

– Three sentences as I wrote immediately, signed by three outclass judges, extraordinary!

– Instead, the fourth appeal has not yet received the sentence, the 1st hearing was held on 06.09.2021
– Best supported by the law firm – Malossini – Vannicelli so dedicated, a very lucky encountering, they do really care about what I did and I do.
– The fifth appeal is in the hands of our President of the Italian Republic Sergio Mattarella, since last 28 01 2022.
Conceived and implemented, with my credibility, competence, and my only financial strengths full of debts … and certainly psychophysical strength!
And therefore I cannot in any way, even if I strongly want to distribute my work, I can do nothing, because it takes the money that is due to me, to pay the debts to my crew! And many others are still related to the completed and unfinished works.
How long do I have to wait for confirmation of the reason for the misuse of the power of the Italian Ministry of Culture, from the Cinema Directorate? As already sentenced by the Lazio TAR, and shamelessly the Ministry of Culture appealed … and now the last word awaits the Council of State.

How much longer does the Lazio Regional Administrative Court still need, after three sentences in my favor, to express itself definitively?
When is the sentence of the fourth appeal whose first hearing was last 06 09 2021?
Not only did I anticipate topics of sports culture, which no one in Italy, A) knows – B) has never experienced firsthand, as I have in years of travel and profession. But not only in Italy… since they are very popular all over the world.
And now I have no more time because the time is now.
The poor policy of the Ministry of Culture chaired by Dario Franceschini, since 2014, in any way blocked me. With such profound ignorance. Commissions of “experts” are unable to understand the basis of the subject. Of course, in addition to ignorance, the aforementioned misuse of power has never included me, since I have never stooped to the politics of the moment.
They have the money and they give it to whoever they want.
And to say that I sought dialogue to which there was no answer. Fear that the court of auditors will make them fleas …

I am horrified by the very thought of receiving orders from a politician, about what my mind has to generate… to keep his seat. And then imagine with the roots that I was born myself, of which I am deeply proud, loyalty doesn’t abdicate like the credibility I have received.
And what kind of author would I be? If I cannot express myself with freedom of thought and bring knowledge and knowing where it doesn’t exist. And certainly entertainment too.
Those who follow me know this, but I urge you to make this further update, also this is already clearly expressed here in my Blog.
Precisely the Venice Film Festival and thus the Rome Film Festival, all bent over to the left, wrong, ignorant politics will never again include me, never sent my words, of what I think is deeply wrong, partisan, regional, country politics, of the village … and it’s under the eyes of all, of all who have knowledge.
And if my country doesn’t recognize me, which other nation do you think does? France organizes the party at his home with its producers and directors.
Everyone wants the numbers of my country … Although I produce in several languages and so international are my “stars”. But the nationality of my work is Italian: written, directed, edited and last but not least the production …

Now, Illustrious Judges, Mr. President of the Council of State, Mr. President of the Italian Republic Sergio Mattarella, what prevents you from making the decisions, which now require speed, to put an end to this all-Italian squalor! To this grotesque situation that has seen me in battle since 2003 ?!
And so let me free to express myself with my work, with the works of my wits ?!
And the beautiful people who have worked and I work with me, can be paid as is appropriate by me? And I, who don’t live only by breathing… And so invest in the marketing necessary for the distribution. And not.

The state system of RAI TV, of the network management, know nothing, they don’t know such topics, they have no knowledge … of what Sports Culture is, they live for the empty talk shows of embarrassing peacocks! Political reporters, all hunchbacks … servants of politics. Me? Pioneer.
RAI Sport is non-existent, I don’t watch it, when it happens sporadically, I’ve seen talk shows copied …
Never seen in a ringside that matters: NEVER. The politics of football is a metaphor for our politics, a bounce of equivocal balls!
Minister Dario Franceschini really believes he is dealing with a woman who bows to his ignorance, arrogance and so his entire entourage, now useless!
A system so rotten that it embarrasses me so much, I feel bad for them, cause are as Italian as I’m, but I’m very different from their postcards, and I have to make it public.

JUSTICE, please hurry! The Council of State needs to express itself definitively in my favor, without the money all the immense work cannot be born.
And I will not suffer any further. I will not allow more years of my life to be taken away from me.
I will not allow the rotten bureaucratic system to block me indefinitely!
Life is now! And I may have a big break right now.
And 19 years from that 2003 that first recognize me then cut me out … It’s a generation!
