USYK vs FURY II a Riyadh per il Titolo di CAMPIONE DEL MONDO INDISCUSSO DEI PESI MASSIMI

USYK “Il Cosacco Ucraino” icona degli eroi in guerra in Ucraina, e CAMPIONE INDISCUSSO dei pesi Massimi, vs TYSON “The Gipsy King” FURY, esempio di caduta nelle tenebre della malattia mentale e risalita. Questa sera si confrontano in un rematch – nella stessa Kingdom Arena di Riyadh.

Nessuno sport è duro come la Boxe.

E vi dico subito che quegli spot del saudita TURKI ALSHEIKH non mi piacciono, la boxe non è horror.

Si ventila che il saudita sia un regista di film horror, sceneggiatore e quant’altro del genere…francamente rende l’attesa del match inquietante, più che una sana sfida tra due atleti di elevato calibro. Direi calibro superlativo.

Nessuno sport è spettacolare come la Boxe. É sport ruvido che ti stupisce in lezioni di classe.

Se la preparazione è stata ottima, salire sul ring è l’ultimo atto per una grande interpretazione.

Il Ring è il palcoscenico. Ma assolutamente nulla è finzione.

É il momento in cui i protagonisti sono tirati a lucido e nella mente e nel corpo.

Impeccabili in ogni dettaglio

Al pubblico nulla sfugge e scruta ogni particolare.

Già alle operazioni di Peso, dalla forma fisica, si comprende molto.

Ma può ingannare.  

È solo questa sera, la sera del match che conta. A Riyadh, per noi n Italia, il fuso orario è solo + 2 ore. Dunque alle 23/24:00 circa il match clou dovrebbe avere il suo verdetto.

Qualunque cosa accada sul ring può far oscillare il punteggio, e tra i Pesi Massimi è comune la sorpresa.

I combattenti, i pugili è noto, fuori dal ring hanno il pugno proibito, quel colpo risolutore che mette fine all’incertezza.

Il KO altro non è che la dichiarazione del lavoro concluso e ben eseguito. Spazza ogni dubbio.

Nei Pesi Massimi il KO è il colpo che tutti si aspettano.

Ed è come il campione lo sferra, che crea lo spettacolo.

Sul Ring le armi sono ben visibili, sono i pugni e il duello ha il sapore di un grande western, al più di un’arma letale che scoppia all’improvviso, per chi ama la fantascienza, mai un match di boxe può lontanamente apparire come un horror. Mai.

È arrivato 21 dicembre 2024, il match è questa sera, il match clou tra USYK vs FURY II, è l’ultimo di una scala di otto match che in sequenza si disputano tra avversari di tutte le categorie di peso, non sempre i più valenti, dipende dalla borsa che i vari organizzatori hanno concordato con TURKI il saudita, anche chiamato Sua Eccellenza essendo l’Arabia Saudita un Regno.

TURKI ha un portafoglio senza fondo.

TURKI ALSHEIKH- capo dell’intrattenimento per l’Arabia Saudita- ha di fatto comperato la Grande Boxe, le Cinture ovvero le organizzazioni i trofei, e persino la Bibbia del pugilato, il mensile da oltre un secolo, The Ring.

Si dice che abbia salvato la Grande Boxe. È vero, economicamente non c’è dubbio.

Ma io non sono ancora stata accreditata alla Kingdom arena di Riyadh. E non è un bel segnale.

Mi è stato riferito dal solito amico inglese che le donne non sono ammesse in sala stampa, intanto se la rideva sotto i baffi. Come se uno debba credere ad una sola voce e di parte inglese…

Forse devo essere accompagnata da un maschio? Ma io non conosco maschi da tirarmi dietro che sanno di boxe…Poi m’intralcerebbe, sono uno spirito libero e non ho mai avuto un benché minimo problema a relazionarmi con campioni, organizzazioni a qualsiasi latitudine. Capito Sua Eccellenza TURKI?

Ne so così tanto e ho girato così tanto nei bordo ring del mondo che scrivo ad occhi chiusi…

È risaputo, la religione musulmana non prevede ci sia la libera circolazione delle donne.

TURKI per favore risolvi il mio problema. Sono italiana e cattolica, non vengo per pregare Gesù Cristo ma per assistere a un grande evento di boxe così da poter fare il mio lavoro.

E di fatto questo signore saudita, TURKI, si è comperato il meglio della Grande Boxe offerto lui da MAURICIO SULAIMAN- messicano, il cui cognome è di evidenti origini libanesi- sino a qualche mese fa a capo dell’ente sanzionatorio WBC, il World Boxing Council– fondata dal suo immenso padre JOSÉ SULAIMAN nel 1963. Un vero innovatore che sapeva relazionarsi con i grandi della terra.

Ora con la cessione della Cintura WBC, tutta la famiglia SULAIMAN lavora alle dipendenze del saudita TURKI ALSHEIKH. Comprandosi il mensile The Ring da OSCAR DE LA HOYA ha zittito i veleni di SULAIMAN che non ha mai apprezzato l’evidente cultura così propagata nella libertà di espressione da The Ring. Sino a chiedersi perché esisteva un trofeo The Ring Magazine che non esigeva danaro…

Tutti i migliori promotori del Mondo saranno presenti questa sera a Riyadh, tra cui gli inglesi FRANK WARREN ed EDDIE HEARN, l’americano/messicano OSCAR DE LA HOYA. Il più longevo di tutti, il migliore in assoluto l’americano BOB ARUM. Devo dire che mi mancano i grandi organizzatori tedeschi: SAUERLAND e BONTE.

Oggi tutte le chiacchiere, tutti gli stracci che son volati, non contano più nulla.

La polvere si è posata.   

TYSON FURY lo scorso 18 maggio, dopo il match, quando USYK lo ha battuto nello stesso ring di questa sera, e molto bene in quel epico 9° round che per me ad oggi, sono il match e il round dell’anno, (mah…certo che inizio anno pubblico la mia solita classifica) dicevo, FURY subito dopo l’incontro se ne è uscito con: “USYK ha vinto perché in Ucraina c’è la guerra…”  I giudici avrebbero favorito l’ucraino…

Tristissimo quanto acido il commento dell’inglese.

Quanto l’ucraino è stato sublime nello sbattere contro le corde in ogni lato del quadrato quel sacco pesante di FURY, che da sbruffone con linguacce che nemmeno i bambini hanno gradito…,è stato così tanto maltrattato da renderlo un clown, per cui nessuno ha avuto un minimo di pietà.

Tanta la classe dell’ucraino, la determinazione a concludere in un assolo a cui tutta l’arena in piedi a decretato il successo pieno sul britannico.

E dunque quella frase insensata, non è una battuta inventata a tavolino per il circo mediatico, me ne intendo…FURY con tutta l’acidità di chi non sa perdere, ha sputato veleno.

TYSON “The Gipsy King” FURY non conosce il limite, dove un atleta è tale, quando sa riconoscere l’Uomo Migliore. E più in generale non solo un atleta. Avrebbe detto mio padre…

E questa sera, solstizio d’Inverno, la notte più lunga dell’anno, tra questi due protagonisti ballano oltre duecento milioni di dollari, il mio intuito dopo un’attenta analisi vedo e prevedo una notte in cui OLEKSANDR “il Cosacco Ucraino” USYK, farà il giro di gloria sul Ring per il suo popolo ucraino, per quei soldati in trincea, che anche volendo non potrebbero permettersi di essere lì di persona.

Io li ho visti in quella magnifica notte d’estate polacca a Wroclaw era il 26 agosto dello scorso 2023, la notte di celebrazione di Indipendenza dell’Ucraina, un ricordo indelebile che ho catturato e fermato oltre che con la penna.

A cui ANTONIO POLITO – firma politica del Corriere della Sera- non ha saputo resistere che copiare dal mio Blog, anziché come si fa, almeno citare la fonte. Non è più il Currierun di una volta… Ho avuto modo di farglielo notare di persona, ha ammesso che il mio scritto gli piaceva così tanto…Invece di una battaglia legale gli ho proposto di ripagarmi con un’intervista in prima pagina sul Corriere della Sera, all’uscita del mio prossimo lavoro. Con l’esperienza legale ancora in corso dopo 8 anni, ho imparato a trattare. Vedremo se riuscirò a distribuire… Ma state certi che se si ripete, m’incazzo.

Non si ruba ad un autore. È come rubare in chiesa. Ma non è stato il solo. Ce ne sono stati altri. C’è chi da Il Fatto Quotidiano mi ha chiesto di imboccare un tale SCANZI, del tutto ignaro dell’argomento. Non seguo e dunque non lo conosco.

Brutti tutti e due ma il primo si è fatto bello con il mio culo, pubblicando senza chiedere. L’uomo di SCANZI alla mia più che lecita richiesta di danaro, del lavoro da me già espletato e in prima persona è… sparito.

Che volgarità…Eppure tutti, ma proprio tutti, sanno delle mie battaglie legali contro il Ministero della Cultura quando ancora c’è quel maligno ministro DARIO FRANCESCHINI, mica tanto tempo fa sino al settembre 2022, e dei mie n. 6 ricorsi non ancora risolti dopo nove anni di TAR e Consiglio di Stato.

Non ti chiedi come sopravvivo a distanza di anni?

Eppure la faccenda è banale: che cazzo ne sanno di Boxe gli incompetenti delle commissioni del Selettivi del MiC formate tra il 2016 e il 2022 – date dei miei ricorsi – quando nemmeno le redazioni sportive italiane si vedono ai bordo ring che contano. Ah si… tutt’al più se i match tra mediocri che si svolgono in casa nostra, oppure vanno dalle schiappe dei dilettanti olimpici. Nessuno di questi ha scritto la Storia. Sapete che sono diretta, come ho ripetutamente informato il Pugilato in Italia non esiste più. 

Io invece autrice, ho investito con danaro e competenza, credibilità, io che ci sono nata…vengo cassata. Gente indegna di usare la parola cultura. Le mie Opere avranno luce, nonostante lo squallore e l’ignoranza.

La sua troupe sinistra non ne vuole sapere di boxe, ma le sue redazioni attingono da me a piene mani!

Le redazioni per prime spulciano il mio ricco Blog, alimentandosi gratis. Ovviamente io non pubblico gratis per le redazioni, ma per quel pubblico che non si abbona per pagare articoli scritti da altri, in copia e incolla. Per quelli che non hanno soldi ed hanno voglia di cultura pugilistica da fonte seria e competente.

È arci noto che sono paladina e non da adesso. E sono visibile in tutto il mondo.

La Boxe senza pubblico è malinconica, alla Kingdom Arena ci saranno i ricchi sauditi, i ricchi fans da tutto il mondo che atterreranno con i loro jet privati. Lo streaming arriverà su ogni computer che comprerà l’evento, come se entrasse nell’arena. A parte i commentatori che volendo se non vi garbano potrete zittire.

TURKI ALSHEIKH farà il signore e non farà pagare agli ucraini l’evento trasmesso in streaming in Ucraina. Lo ha già fatto dunque lo rifarà.

E a Riyadh ci sarà quel gran campione di WLADIMIR KLITSCHKO che lo stesso USYK, lo scorso maggio ha riscattato vincendo su FURY. Più che mai a sostegno del suo compatriota oggi a rappresentare il meglio della Boxe mondiale, che è il meglio dell’Ucraina.

Quel FURY che aveva fermato WLAD in una notte del novembre del 2015 dove WLAD era di casa in Germania a DUSSELDORF. Improvvisamente, in quella notte il mondo dei Pesi Massimi ha cambiato la testa del Migliore al Mondo, i giudici avevano decretato essere TYSON FURY.

Oggi l’Uomo Migliore è OLEKSANDR “il Cosacco Ucraino” USYK.

Chi in guerra sogna un mondo migliore. L’Ucraino oltre a sé stesso rappresenta e difende la sua patria. USYK oltre al suo valore di INDISCUSSO CAMPIONE DEL MONDO DEI PESI MASSIMI, conquistato lo scorso 18 maggio in questa stessa arena vs lo stesso TYSON the Gipsy King FURY, conferma la tenacia del suo popolo nella difesa della Libertà contro l’invasore russo: PUTIN.

USYK ha raggiunto la META. Energico si conferma il MIGLIORE e VINCE ai punti su tutti e tre i cartellini dei giudici: 116-112.

FURY ha finito il VIAGGIO.

FURY stazza imponente ha qualche bel momento quando piazza colpi al corpo, ma USYK si è evidentemente preparato più del solito per attutire la potenza di FURY.

Il 6° un bel round scambi alla pari, massicce combinazioni di USYK in risposta al colpo migliore di FURY: il jab.

USYK ha letteralmente gonfiato la faccia di FURY, l’occhio non mi piace.

L’angolo di FURY, il Mo. Sugar Hill Steward sprona il suo campione che cerca il KO. Invano.

L’adrenalina dell’ucraino è decisamente superiore e colpisce sicuro.

USYK domina il ring. È l’Uomo migliore per intuizione, mente brillante, ormai ha capito tutto del suo avversario e il match è tutto a suo vantaggio. E anche senza contarli i colpi di USYK sono stati certamente molti di più.

L’intelligenza di USYK nel prevedere il suo avversario che a parte essersi presentato almeno 10 Kg  più grosso, e dunque gli ha impedito di essere più mobile.

TYSON The Gipsy King FURY non ha regalato le emozioni che in altri match non ha lesinato.

Ha vinto un combattimento competitivo, equilibrato, e in modo leale come sempre del resto.

OLEKSANDR Il Cosacco Ucraino USYK è un formidabile atleta: mente e cuore. E i muscoli oliati a dovere.

USYK ha decisamente mostrato una marcia in più su tutti i suoi avversari…

Io credo nella forza che viene dal profondo del nostro essere.

USYK questa sera ha usato tutto il suo arsenale di grande combattente e anche il suo jolly: la sfida di vincere l’impresa per il suo popolo. E per noi suoi sostenitori.

USYK vs FURY II in Riyadh for the UNDISPUTED HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION OF THE WORLD Title

USYK “The Ukrainian Cossack” an icon of the heroes in the war in Ukraine, and the UNDISPUTED CHAMPION of the Heavyweights, vs TYSON “The Gipsy King” FURY, an example of a fall into the darkness of mental illness and a comeback. No sport is as tough as Boxing.

It’s the moment in which the protagonists are polished in mind and body.

Impeccable in every detail

The public doesn’t miss anything and scrutinizes every detail.

Already at the weigh-in operations, from the physical form, you can understand a lot.

But it can be deceiving.

It’s only this evening, the evening of the fight that counts. In Riyadh, for us in Italy, the time zone is only + 2 hours. So at about 11/12:00 PM the key match should have its verdict.

Whatever happens in the ring can swing the score, and among the Heavyweights surprise is common.

Fighters, boxers as we know, outside the ring have the forbidden punch, that decisive blow that puts an end to uncertainty.

The KO is nothing more than the declaration of a job done and well done. It dispels all doubt.

In the Heavyweights the KO is the blow that everyone expects.

And it is how the champion delivers it that creates the show.

And, this Saudi gentleman, TURKI, has bought the best of the Great Boxing offered to him by MAURICIO SULAIMAN – Mexican, whose surname is of evident Lebanese origins – until a few months ago at the head of the WBC sanctioning body, the World Boxing Council – founded by his great father JOSÉ SULAIMAN back in 1963—a true innovator who knew how to relate to the greats of the earth.

Now with the transfer of the WBC Belt, the entire SULAIMAN family works under the Saudi TURKI ALSHEIKH. By buying the monthly The Ring from OSCAR DE LA HOYA he has silenced the poison of SULAIMAN who has never appreciated the evident culture so propagated in the freedom of expression by The Ring. To the point of wondering why there was a The Ring Magazine trophy that didn’t require money…

All the best promoters in the world will be present tonight in Riyadh, including the English FRANK WARREN and EDDIE HEARN, the American/Mexican OSCAR DE LA HOYA. The longest-lived of all, the best in absolute terms, the American BOB ARUM. I have to say I miss the great Germans: SAUERLAND and BONTE

Today all the chatter, all the rags that have flown, no longer count for anything.

The dust has settled.

TYSON FURY last May 18, after the fight, when USYK beat him in the same ring as tonight, and very well in that epic 9th round that for me today, is the match and the round of the year, (well… of course at the beginning of the year I publish my usual ranking) I was saying, FURY immediately after the fight came out with: “USYK won because in Ukraine there is war…” The judges would have favored the Ukrainian…

The Englishman’s comment was very sad and acidic.

How sublime the Ukrainian was in slamming that heavy bag of FURY against the ropes on each side of the ring, who as a show-off with tongues that not even the children liked…, was so badly mistreated that he became a clown, for whom no one had a minimum of pity.

So much class from the Ukrainian, the determination to conclude in a solo to which the whole arena on its feet decreed full success over the British.

And so that senseless phrase, is not a joke invented at the table for the media circus, I know about it…FURY with all the acidity of someone who doesn’t know how to lose, spat venom.

TYSON “The Gipsy King” FURY doesn’t know the limit, where an athlete is such when he knows how to recognize the Better Man. And more generally not just an athlete. My father would have said…

And tonight the Winter Solstice, the longest night of the year, between these two protagonists dancing over two hundred million dollars, my intuition after a careful analysis sees and predicts a night in which OLEKSANDR “the Ukrainian Cossack” USYK, will make the lap of glory on the Ring for his Ukrainian people, for those soldiers in the trenches, who even if they wanted could not afford to be there in person.

I saw them on that magnificent Polish summer night in Wroclaw, it was August 26th, 2023, the night of the celebration of the Independence of Ukraine, an indelible memory that I captured and stopped not only with the pen.

Oh… at most is about the fight between mediocrity in our home, or to the Olympic amateurs…none of this made history. Sorry to be straight but Boxing in Italy is over. 

Being an author, I invested with money and competence, credibility, as I was born there… I am rejected. People are unworthy of using the word: culture.

USYK has reached the GOAL. Energetic, he confirms himself as the BEST and WINS on points on all three judges’ scorecards: 116-112.

FURY has finished the JOURNEY.

FURY, imposing in size, has some nice moments when he lands body shots, but USYK has prepared himself more than usual to cushion FURY’s power.

The 6th is a good round, with exchanges on equal terms, and massive combinations by USYK in response to FURY’s best shot: the jab.

USYK has swollen FURY’s face, I don’t like the eye.

TYSON The Gipsy King FURY’s corner, Sugar Hill Steward spurs his champion who tries the KO. In vain.

The Ukrainian’s adrenaline is decidedly superior and he hits confidently.

Usyk dominates the ring. He is the better Man for intuition, and a brilliant mind, by now he has understood everything about his opponent and the fight is all to his advantage.

And even without counting them, USYK’s blows were certainly many more.

USYK’s intelligence in predicting his opponent who, in addition to having shown up at least 19 lbs bigger, and therefore prevented him from being more mobile.

FURY didn’t give the emotions that he has not skimped on in other fights.

He won a competitive fight and in a fair way as always.

OLEKSANDR The Ukrainian Cossack USYK is a formidable athlete: mind and heart. And properly oiled muscles.

USYK has shown extra gear on all his opponents…

I believe in the strength that comes from the depths of our being.

USYK tonight used all his arsenal of a great fighter and also his wild card: the challenge of winning the feat for his people. And for us, his supporters.

And not only in the first fight but also tonight, the second time.

I don’t know what the future holds for this immense Champion, an excellent Fighter who decimated the Cruiserweight and Heavyweight divisions with a record of 23 fights won, 14 of which by KO.

And from tonight confirms himself in both weight divisions as the UNDISPUTED WORLD CHAMPION. He is already a legend!
