Il TAR ha colpito, ha sferrato TRE potenti KO consecutivi, al sistema della PA Ministero Beni e Attività Culturali e del Turismo, Direzione Cinema.
TRE KO per la Storia!
NUMERO TRE sono stati i miei ricorsi per i rispettivi docu-film. E NUMERO TRE ne abbiamo vinti!
La prima lo scorso 29 settembre 2020.
- Il Fighter d’Italia Giancarlo Garbelli – il. pugilato è violento ma la violenza non è pugilato
Ieri queste due:

Straordinaria sentenza! Esemplare!
Stamani dal mio legale ho ricevuto il giudizio espresso dal TAR LAZIO, ieri 09 Marzo, 2021.
È la trama di un docu-film con un percorso drammatico e con un finale s e n s a z i o n a l e! …! Dunque vero!
Meravigliosa!
Scritta in modo impeccabile, è andata oltre la Legge, oltre il Diritto ben dipanati, è ricchissima di contenuto: il TAR ha compreso tutto il dramma, la frustrazione, e ha sentenziato con la mano sul cuore, evidenziando con inflessibilità, tutta la cialtroneria della Pubblica Amministrazione, della Direzione Generale Cinema del Ministero Beni e Attività Culturali e del Turismo.
Ecco questi sono KO della vittoria, che danno forza a non cedere, a non farsi intimorire da chi al potere crede di poter gestire come gli pare, sottolineando tutta la sua inadeguatezza, con la sua illegittima condotta.
L’ho letta e riletta con le pulsazioni che aumentavano ad ogni riga, il TAR LAZIO ha compreso senza esserne deputato, i valori della Cultura Sportiva di cui sono paladina. Io penso…
Certo serve la competenza, ma non solo, la curiosità, l’interesse di approffondire ha decifrato la legge: la Legge per la vittoria.
Grazie TAR LAZIO, quei meriti che la PA Direzione Cinema ci ha negato, in questa vostra sentenza sono tanto di più avvalorati.
E dunque tanto immensamente apprezzati!
Anche chi non c’è più, penso a qualcuno dei miei protagonisti, han tifato per noi e intendo Noi con Voi TAR LAZIO.
La vittoria si condivide, è nella sconfitta che si è soli.
Al mio avvocato, Alessandro Malossini, ancor di più la stima di sempre, per averci creduto e per avermi su/sopportata. La mia troupe… Tanto orgogliosi di questo straordinario risultato.
Ora la Direzione Generale Cinema- Ministero Beni e Attività Culturali – si muova ad eseguire le sentenze!

The TAR – Regional Administration Court of Lazio- has struck THREE powerful consecutive KOs, to the PA system of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities and of Tourism, Cinema Department.
THREE KOs for History!
NUMBER THREE were my appeals for the respective docu-films. AND NUMBER THREE we won!

Extraordinary sentence! Exemplary!
This morning I received from my lawyer the judgment expressed by the TAR LAZIO, yesterday March 9th 2021.
It’s the plot of a docu-film with a dramatic path and with a s e n s a s i o n a l e ending! …! So true!
Wonderful!
Written in an impeccable way, it went beyond the law, beyond the well-developed law, it is very rich in content: the TAR understood all the drama, and the frustration, and ruled with the hand on the heart, highlighting with inflexibility, all the scoundrel of the Public Administration, of the Cinema Department.
Here, these are KOs of victory, which gives strength not to give up, and not to be intimidated by those in power who believe they can manage as they like, underlining all his inadequacy, with his illegitimate conduct.
I read it and reread it with the pulsations that increased at each line, TAR LAZIO has understood without being a deputy, the values of the Sports Culture of which I am a paladin.I think …
Certainly, you need competence, but not only, curiosity, the interest to deepen has deciphered the law: the Law for victory.
