ANTHONY JOSHUA 31 anni, detentore dei titoli IBF, IBO, WBA e WBO dei Pesi Massimi, domani sera incontrerà sul ring del Tottenham Hotspur Stadium di Londra, OLEKSANDR USYK, 34 anni ucraino.

Sono della stessa categoria Pesi Massimi.

Entrambi ex dilettanti olimpionici, entrambi medaglia d’oro, nelle due diverse categorie esistenti, solo nei dilettanti olimpici, l’uno nei Pesi Super Massimi, l’altro nei Pesi Massimi.

Senza perdere tempo diventati grandi Pro, protagonisti!

Sono della stessa scuderia: Matchroom dell’inglese Eddie Hearn e dunque comunque vada i trofei rimangono in casa, questo è ciò che conta all’organizzatore per continuare ad essere appetibile sui ring del mondo.

Alcune volte i fisici più piccoli, quale USKY che è stato un eccellente Peso Cruiser, che si irrobustiscono per essere Pesi Massimi, riescono ad avere la meglio perché quella notte il Peso Massimo naturale, nato peso pesante, forse non era in forma, non era “in serata”.

Non capirmi male, non che OLEKSANDR USYK non abbia la tattica, l’estro per abbattere quell’ammasso di muscoli più da “big Jim” di ANTHONY JOSHUA, molto palestrato, scolpito più per piacere e poco contenuto.

Intendo che non ho mai davvero visto quei muscoli lavorare alla preparazione e servire alla boxe di livello, ossia la grande boxe, è voglio sottolineare quei colpi strategici e capacità d’incasso.

Infatti JOSHUA, ha mostrato sia con WLADIMIR KLITSCHKO, ormai agli ultimi spiccioli di carriera, e più clamorosamente vs ANDY RUIZ, dove un gran mestierante quale KLITSCHKO e così un Tex/Mex capace di osare, quale RUIZ gli abbiano entrambi, rovinato la serata.

Si certo poi si è rifatto mi potrai controbattere…ma intanto ANTHONY JOSHUA è stato di molto ridimensionato.

E qui vengo al tallone d’Achille del grandissimo ucraino, indubbiamente è stato un valoroso Peso Cruiser, un abilissimo mancino, e molto intelligente, ma sfondare, superare ANTHONY JOSHUA, proprio perché la mole dell’ucraino non è nata e cresciuta nei Pesi Massimi, è improbabile che riesca a scalfire il suo avversario di domani sera.

Anche se sono più che certa che USYK ha lavorato con ossessiva passione per raggiungere l’obiettivo di scrivere il suo nome anche nella massima divisione, in ordine di peso, appunto i Pesi Massimi.

Per quanto lo desideri, vedo complicatissimo che l’ucraino abbia la meglio.

USYK, non avrà l’agilità a cui è abituato.

I colpi pesanti sono davvero macigni anche se non è un mago JOSHUA, e le sue bombe sono prevedibili, ma restano micidiali, e ne basta uno che gli sfugge….e BANG! Tutto finito. Mica c’è la panchina nella boxe…

E dunque come si conviene ad un peso massimo, é tutta potenza la boxe espressa dal nigeriano/britannico ANTHONY JOSHUA.

E nei Pesi Massimi ciò che conta è la forza del colpo. Non ci sono altre possibilità “di gioco” come invece le altre ben note necessarie abilità nei Pesi più piccoli.

JOSHUA esprime potenza. USYK sarà in grado di tenerlo a bada per 12 round?

Nel ring l’IQ dell’ucraino è alto, dunque credo possa far ballare JOSHUA. Ma USYK in più, non è un artista del KO…

E con tutta l’ammirazione che ho per l’ucraino la mia previsione è: JOSHUA ai punti, via UD.

Dal risultato di domani sera, comunque vada, il vincitore dovrà vedersela con il vincente sul ring di Las Vegas il prossimo 9 Ottobre, tra l’imbattuto, TYSON FURY vs DEONTAY WILDER III

Un sorprendente USYK in crescendo, così mobile e così preciso, ha dominato almeno in 8 round su 12. Strappa le quattro cinture WBA, WBO, IBF e IBO a JOSHUA.
