Da oggi al via sino al 6 novembre i campionati mondiali dilettanti di pugilato a Belgrado in Serbia.
Ai pugili kosovari è stato negato oggi per la terza volta l’accesso in Serbia.
“La squadra di boxe del Kosovo è vittima di un’agenda politica in Serbia e il caso è stato utilizzato per scopi non legati allo sport o alle regole del fair play”. Così si è espresso il portavoce del Kossovo, signor Krasniqi.
Se la base, ha dei vertici non credibili non nascerà più nessuna stella, ogni sforzo sarà smorzato dalla corruzione e dalla politica.
Sebbene inizialmente promesso che il Kosovo sarebbe stato autorizzato a competere in divisa nazionale e ad utilizzare la bandiera dello stato, l’AIBA ha successivamente informato la squadra che il Comitato Organizzatore non avrebbe consentito l’uso della bandiera e dei simboli nazionali nella sede dei Campionati del Mondo.
La Kosovo Boxing Federation è membro a pieno titolo dell’AIBA dal novembre 2014 e dovrebbe partecipare ai Campionati mondiali di boxe maschili”, ha detto un portavoce dell’AIBA.
L’AIBA si aspetta che la delegazione della Kosovo Boxing Federation non venga trattata diversamente dalla delegazione di qualsiasi altro membro dell’AIBA.
Il signor Krasniqi del Kossovo, ha affermato che la scadenza per la registrazione alle 12:00 ora locale di oggi non sarebbe stata rispettata, rendendo improbabile la partecipazione della squadra.
La sua lettera si è conclusa chiedendo al presidente dell’AIBA Kremlev di prendere in considerazione la Carta dell’AIBA e sottolineando che qualsiasi restrizione della bandiera era una decisione politica.
“Nel caso in cui si decidesse che il Kosovo dovrebbe essere l’unico paese partecipante senza simboli nazionali, lo prenderemo come un messaggio che indica chiaramente che la politica ha vinto la battaglia contro lo sport e qualsiasi componente dello spirito del fair play e dell’olimpismo”, ha aggiunto, il signor Krasniqi.
Indipendentemente dal luogo in cui si svolge l’evento, si tratta di un evento AIBA secondo i regolamenti AIBA e in linea con la Carta AIBA, quindi la città ospitante può ospitarlo solo se i requisiti AIBA sono soddisfatti”.
Oggi, Kremlev ha risposto alla lettera di Krasniqi, affermando di aver scritto alla Federazione pugilistica serba e invitandola a parlare con le autorità locali e di frontiera.
In una lettera al presidente della Federazione pugilistica serba, Nenad Borovcanin, Kremlev ha affermato che la situazione è “inaccettabile”, invocando “grande urgenza” per risolvere la questione e delineando i compromessi fatti dall’AIBA.

Il Comitato Olimpico Internazionale (CIO) ha aggiunto una sua dichiarazione, mettendo in discussione la decisione dell’AIBA di assegnare alla Serbia i Campionati del Mondo.
“Non abbiamo avuto informazioni sulle circostanze dell’assegnazione, o sui termini, o sui partner contrattuali dell’AIBA, per quanto riguarda questi Campionati del Mondo”, ha affermato il CIO.
“Sembra che l’AIBA non abbia applicato la dovuta diligenza necessaria prima di assegnare questo torneo a Belgrado, nonostante il CIO abbia ripetutamente avvisato le Federazioni Internazionali della necessità di tale due diligence. Pertanto questo incidente, che è dannoso per gli atleti del Kosovo, si aggiunge alle gravi preoccupazioni che il CIO nutre nei confronti del governo di questa Federazione Internazionale che è sospesa”.
Il CIO, la scorsa edizione dei Giochi Olimpici 2020, ha appunto sospeso il riconoscimento dell’AIBA e una task force di boxe del CIO guidata dal presidente della Federazione Internazionale di Ginnastica Morinari Watanabe ha invece supervisionato il torneo olimpico di boxe a Tokyo 2020.
Il Kosovo è riconosciuto come stato indipendente da 97 dei 193 membri delle Nazioni Unite. Alcuni di questi includono l’Italia, gli Stati Uniti, Francia, Regno Unito, Giappone e Australia.
La Serbia non riconosce il Kosovo come stato sovrano, ma invece come parte autonoma della Serbia. Un gruppo di 15 nazioni ha precedentemente riconosciuto il Kosovo prima di ritirare lo status.
Molti paesi che non supportano l’indipendenza del Kosovo sono quelli con movimenti separatisti all’interno delle proprie nazioni, come la Spagna. Il governo spagnolo ha rifiutato di concedere al Kosovo il permesso di gareggiare sotto la propria bandiera ai Campionati mondiali di karate 2018, prima di fare marcia indietro a seguito delle pressioni della comunità sportiva internazionale.

Eh come siamo messi con i Dilettanti in Italia. Dopo le zero alle Olimpiadi, facciamocene una ragione siamo pieni di mezze calze!
Una su tutte Vincenzo Mangiacapre, dai Giochi Olimpici del 2008 a Beijing, e che ha all’alba dei 33 anni e dopo una brevissima quanto inconsistente incursione nel professionismo, è rientrato nei dilettanti…e partecipa con altri 10 al Campionato AIBA in corso da oggi 24 ottobre:
Qua tutti i protagonisti di questo campionato: Nicola Cordella (BeBoxe 48 kg), Federico Serra (Domenico Mura Boxe 51), Manuel Cappai (Fimme Oro 54), Raffaele di Serio (Esercito 57) Simone Spada (Versus 60), Luigi Malanga (Phoenix Gym 63,500), Vincenzo Mangiacapre (Fiamme Azzurre 67), Francesco Faraoni (Carabinieri 71), Salvatore Cavallaro (Fiamme Oro 75), Simone Fiori (Fiamme Oro 80), Abbes Mouhiidine (Fiamme Oro 92). Troppa gente ai vertici solo in mostra del proprio “machismo”, dietro la scrivania dello smart working…
Dopo il precedente Presidente della FPI, che ha continuato quanto prima di lui, e via indietro, sino al precedente testa di legno agli ordini del vice questore della Polizia di Stato, oggi esposto in prima persona Flavio D’Ambrosi eletto lo scorso febbraio 2021, da trent’anni è tesserato alla Federazione dove ha ricoperto vari ruoli. Da dirigente di società, ad arbitro, presidente del comitato regionale Lazio, consigliere federale e, nel quadriennio appena concluso, è stato vicepresidente vicario FPI, nonché coordinatore del settore comunicazione e marketing.
E purtroppo non essendoci distinzione, ma raggruppati sia i dilettanti che i professionisti sotto la stessa Federazione Pugilistica Italiana, è ormai un inchino politico. Al sorvolare e rimane un nulla di fatto.
Eppure ci si aspetta che gente che in 30 anni che ne ha viste di ogni, ora che è ai vertici cambi il “sistema”. Macchè sono come le scatole cinesi una collezione di scatole di grandezza crescente dove dentro non c’è nulla. Nulla è stato creato, e il nulla si è disperso nel niente di fatto.
Eh va beh, bisogna che qualcuno apra gli occhi, e da anni non mi sono sottratta…
Come ben han spulciato e piluccato i media nel mio Blog.
Succede sempre ogni qualvolta posto di pugilato. E non solo.

Questa faccenda dell’AIBA – Associazione Internazionale Pugilato Amatoriale- è senza fine. Vi ho più volte riportato delle malefatte dell’AIBA, ma che non hanno avuto eco e nella Federazione Pugilistica Italiana e men che meno tra le società dilettantistiche che formano la base.
Zitti gli allenatori di boxe, subiscono.
Si accontentano del riconoscimento della Federazione, che così crea l’evento per ammutolirli, giocando sulla vanità.
E così si entusiasmano e se la raccontano tra di loro.
E non nasce un campione neanche a dirlo…
Non comprendo. Gli allenatori di boxe, non sono allenatori di calcio.
Nulla in comune.
Non c’è una ricetta per la costruzione di campioni di boxe.
O il campione entra in palestra o entra in palestra.
C’è l’educazione sportiva che il maestro deve insegnare, al pugile, la tecnica di base.
Ma poi o il campione è nato tale o non c’è verso di farlo diventare con tristissime sponsorizzazioni politiche.
Se ha acchiappato per pure circostanze favorevoli un titolo da un avversario mediocre, non diventa improvvisamente campione…ha vinto il titolo certo.
Ma non è cresciuto agonisticamente.
Sul Ring volano cazzotti o li sai dare e incassare, e quindi potrai aspirare a titoli e borse importanti, e dunque te la devi vedere con rispettabili avversari;
Oppure come succede solo in Italia, un pugile dilettante bell’imbusto da far girare ai bordo ring tra i dilettanti che non hanno sogni…Vedi tale Cammarelle, sembra questa la chiave di lettura dei vertici della FPI. immagine senza sostanza.
Già la sostanza questa sconosciuta. Il contenuto non c’è. No non c’è!

Se i pugili scarsi, animati dalla passione, diventano allenatori devono sperare che in palestra prima o poi entri il giovane campione, che lui dovrà raffinare e renderlo padrone della tecnica, senza modificare la sua personalità.
Educarlo nei valori dell’etica che sono quasi sempre insiti anche se acerbi, vanno fortemente verificati e chiariti.
Ma se in palestra non entra “un guerriero”, non puoi far diventare un micio, un leone…
Lo scorso settembre, il CIO Thomas Bach, presidente del Comitato Olimpico si era già così espresso:
“Il Comitato Olimpico Internazionale (CIO) ha emesso un altro severo avvertimento all’International Boxing Association (AIBA), sostenendo che le sue preoccupazioni “più profonde” con la governance, l’arbitraggio e il giudizio dell’organizzazione sospesa, rimangono “irrisolte” evidenziando che non ha fatto progressi verso il reintegro”
E anche in vista di questi campionati in Serbia, a Belgrado, da oggi 24 ottobre, il CIO è più che insoddisfatto. E lo sottolinea di nuovo con questo grave incidente con Kossovo!

Mi chiedo ma perché non cassare l’AIBA. Renderla nulla.
Perché non boicottare questi tristi campionati farciti di medaglie che saranno discusse perché non ai meritevoli.
Ma se non c’è il merito riconosciuto nello Sport, non ha ragione di esserci la competizione sportiva.
Mi chiedo perché partecipare a questa ennesima buffonata, invece di implementare una nuova associazione per i dilettanti, i giovani che vogliono, intendono avere un futuro nella Grande Boxe Professionisti.
Perché non creare una nuova Federazione Internazionale di Pugilato Dilettanti con i vertici ex-novo e proporre uno statuto per gli amatori che soddisfi le esigenze del CIO? Così da avere un fermo, nitido punto e a capo.

Questo è il comunicato stampa dell’AIBA che intende evidentemente entrare a gamba tesa nel professionismo con i dilettanti…Non c’è dubbio, il business è quello!
“Per la prima volta nei 75 anni di storia dell’AIBA, i vincitori di medaglie ai prossimi Campionati mondiali di boxe maschile dell’AIBA a Belgrado, in Serbia, saranno premiati con un significativo premio in denaro dall’AIBA.
Il montepremi è stato fissato a $ 2,6 milioni di dollari
Le medaglie d’oro riceveranno $ 100.000 (£ 73.600 / € 86.700) ai Campionati.
Le medaglie d’argento riceveranno $ 50.000 (£ 36.800 / € 43.300)
E le medaglie di bronzo riceveranno $ 25.000 (18.400 £ / € 21.600).
“È la prima volta che l’AIBA premierà finanziariamente le medaglie dei Mondiali, e così dovrebbe essere. Questo denaro è ben meritato, tenendo conto degli anni di preparativi necessari per guadagnare un posto al massimo torneo AIBA e degli sforzi compiuti. Sappiamo che questo sviluppo sarà un grande vantaggio per i nostri pugili. Non solo dovrebbero avere successo sul ring, ma anche autosufficienti e prosperi”, ha affermato il presidente dell’AIBA, Umar Kremlev.
Il segretario generale dell’AIBA, Istvan Kovacs, ha affermato che questa iniziativa è importante per i pugili che stanno lavorando duramente. “L’AIBA offre ai suoi atleti un’equa possibilità di guadagnarsi da vivere e di avere una motivazione extra. So quanto queste possibilità significhino per i pugili.
Sono felice per coloro che hanno questa possibilità ora e per essere all’avanguardia nel fare in modo che queste opportunità si realizzino per gli atleti di oggi. È un grande passo avanti verso il nostro grande obiettivo di costruire un percorso di boxe sostenibile”, ha detto.
I Campionati mondiali di boxe AIBA sono inziati oggi 24 ottobre con una grande cerimonia di apertura alla Štark Arena di Belgrado e raggiungeranno l’apice con 13 finali il 5-6 novembre.”
Mah! Francamente se non si fa un ribaltone anche nella Federazione Pugilistica Italiana, non vedo un futuro per i giovani dilettanti. E dunque per la Grande boxe targata Italia.
Già la Federazione Pugilistica Italiana così ferma, statica. Chi ha diritto al voto, tecnici e palestre per la presidenza della FPI non è in grado di valutare.
Francamente, l’ignoranza e la paura ad esporsi non ha aiutato una decisione serena, per favorire la crescita della base pugilistica dei dilettanti e delle palestre che investono con il loro sangue…
Lasciamo perdere il professionismo, che non dovrebbe in nessun modo essere trattato dalla FPI, se non per i diritti dei diretti spettanti, gli atleti professionisti, come ho rimarcato più volte.
Invece ne fa parte addirittura un organizzatore mai preso davvero in considerazione dalle importanti organizzazioni internazionali. Ma che essendo l’unico è quello che chiude i contratti con le piattaforme. Triste eh…

Non posso vedere il pugilato così sottomesso come negli anni più bui. E allora mi auguro di essere costruttiva e che nessuno mi venga a dire che non l’avevo detto. L’aria è davvero pesante.
Perché non trovare risorse economiche importanti, per quelle palestre con i maestri più qualificati, più apprezzati, e così che possano segnalare i “più dotati per la disciplina della Nobile Arte” e fare in modo di aiutarli nel mantenimento della loro preparazione, per sostenerli. Ma davvero!
E che siano così competitivi a livello internazionale! No non parlo di questi tornei farsa dell’AIBA!
Non se ne può più di pugili-poliziotti, né pugili e né poliziotti. E ancor meno di bell’imbusti pagati per presenziare a bordo ring, dopo una vita di tira-a-campà!
No, non esiste “il pugile” raccomandato.
Non si addice ad un guerriero come tale nato.
Sono solo macchiette di una tristezza infinita che testimoniano il decadimento della “dolce disciplina” della Nobile Arte. Ha ragione la delegazione del piccolo Kossovo, con i suoi tre pugili, la politica non può e non deve influire sullo Sport.
Ma certo la politica deve fare il tifo per l’orgoglio nazionale e mettere a disposizione le risorse economiche. E non per le mezze calze…

AIBA Amateur Boxing a foretold disaster…!
From today until November 6th the amateur boxing world championships in Belgrade in Serbia.
Kosovar boxers were denied entry to Serbia for the third time today.
“The Kosovo boxing team is the victim of a political agenda in Serbia and the case was used for purposes not related to sport or fair play rules.” This is what the spokesman for Kosovo, Mr. Krasniqi, said.
If the base has unbelievable leaders no more boxing stars will be born, every effort will be dampened by corruption and politics.
Although initially promised that Kosovo would be allowed to compete in national uniform and use the state flag, AIBA subsequently informed the team that the Organizing Committee wouldn’t allow the use of the national flag and symbols at the Championships venue of the world.
The Kosovo Boxing Federation has been a full member of AIBA since November 2014 and is expected to participate in the Men’s Boxing World Championships, said an AIBA spokesperson.
AIBA expects that the Kosovo Boxing Federation delegation will not be treated differently from the delegation of any other AIBA member.
Mr. Krasniqi from Kosovo said the registration deadline at 12:00 local time today would not be met, making the team’s participation unlikely.
His letter concluded by asking AIBA President Kremlev to consider the AIBA Charter and pointing out that any restriction of the flag was a political decision.
“In the event that it is decided that Kosovo should be the only participating country without national symbols, we will take it as a message that clearly indicates that politics has won the battle against the sport and any component of the spirit of fair play and of Olympism, ” added Mr. Krasniqi.
Regardless of where the event takes place, it’s an AIBA event according to AIBA regulations and in line with the AIBA Charter, so the host city can only host it if the AIBA requirements are met. ”
Today, Kremlev responded to Krasniqi’s letter, stating that he wrote to the Serbian Boxing Federation and invited them to speak with local and border authorities.
In a letter to the president of the Serbian Boxing Federation, Nenad Borovcanin, Kremlev said the situation was “unacceptable”, calling for “great urgency” to resolve the issue and outlining the compromises made by AIBA.

The International Olympic Committee (IOC) added its own statement, questioning AIBA’s decision to award Serbia the World Championships.
“We had no information about the circumstances of the award, or the terms, or the contractual partners of AIBA, regarding these World Championships,” the IOC said.
“It appears that AIBA didn’t apply the necessary due diligence prior to awarding this tournament to Belgrade, despite the IOC having repeatedly warned the International Federations of the need for such due diligence.
Therefore this incident, which is detrimental to the Kosovo athletes, adds to the serious concerns that the IOC has towards the government of this International Federation which is suspended “.
The IOC, the last edition of the 2020 Olympic Games, has precisely suspended the recognition of AIBA, and an IOC boxing task force led by the president of the International Gymnastics Federation Morinari Watanabe has instead supervised the Olympic boxing tournament in Tokyo 2020.
Kosovo is recognized as an independent state by 97 of the 193 members of the United Nations, some of which include Italy, the United States, France, the United Kingdom, Japan, and Australia.
Serbia does not recognize Kosovo as a sovereign state, but instead as an autonomous part of Serbia. A group of 15 nations previously recognized Kosovo before withdrawing the status.
Many countries that don’t support Kosovo’s independence are those with separatist movements within their own nations, such as Spain. The Spanish government refused to grant Kosovo permission to compete under its own flag at the 2018 Karate World Championships, before backtracking under pressure from the international sports community.

After the previous President of the FPI, who continued as soon as he did, and so on, up to the previous wooden head under the orders of the deputy commissioner of the State Police, today exposed in first person Flavio D’Ambrosi elected last February 2021, for thirty years he has been a member of the Federation where he held various roles. This business of AIBA – the International Amateur Boxing Association – is endless. I have repeatedly reported the misdeeds of AIBA, but which have not been echoed in the Italian Boxing Federation and least of all among the amateur clubs that form the base.
Shut up boxing coaches, they suffer.
They are satisfied with the recognition of the Federation, which thus creates the event to silence them, playing on vanity.
And so they get excited and tell each other about it.
And no champion is born even to say it …
I don’t understand. Boxing trainers aren’t football coaches.
Nothing in common.
There is no recipe for building boxing champions.
Either the champion enters the gym or enters the gym.
There is sports education that the master must teach the boxer the basic technique.
But then either the champion was born such or there is no way to make him become with very sad political sponsorships.
If he has grabbed a title from a mediocre opponent due to mere favorable circumstances, he doesn’t suddenly become champion… he has certainly won the title.
But he hasn’t grown up competitively.
On the Ring punches have to land, or you know how to give and take them, and therefore you can aspire to important titles and pursue, and therefore you have to deal with respectable opponents;

If poor boxers, animated by passion, become coaches, they must hope that sooner or later the young champion will enter the gym, which he will have to refine and make him master of the technique, without changing his personality.

But if there is no recognized merit in sport, there is no reason for there to be sporting competition.
I wonder why to participate in this umpteenth old, instead of implementing a new association for amateurs, young people who want and intend to have a future as Great Boxing Professionals.

“For the first time in AIBA’s 75-year history, medal winners at the upcoming AIBA Men’s Boxing World Championships in Belgrade, Serbia, will be awarded a significant cash prize from AIBA.
The prize pool was set at $ 2.6 million
Gold medals will receive $ 100,000 (£ 73,600 / € 86,700) in the Championships.
Silver medals will receive $ 50,000 (£ 36,800 / € 43,300)
And the bronze medals will receive $ 25,000 (£ 18,400 / € 21,600).
“It is the first time that AIBA will financially award World Cup medals, and so it should be. This money is well deserved, taking into account the years of preparation required to earn a seat at the top AIBA tournament and the efforts made. Well! Frankly, if you don’t make a turnaround also in the Italian Boxing Federation, I don’t see a future for young amateurs. And therefore for the great boxing Made in Italy.
Already the Italian Boxing Federation is so firm, and static. Who has the right to vote, technicians, and gyms for the presidency of the FPI, looks like aren’t able to evaluate.
Frankly, ignorance and fear of exposing oneself didn’t help the decision, to favor the growth of the boxing base of amateurs and gyms that invest with their blood …
Forget professionalism, which should in no way be treated by the FPI, if not for the rights of the directly entitled, professional athletes, as I have remarked several times.
On the other hand, a promoter who has never really been taken into consideration by important international organizations is part of it. But that being the only one, is the one who closes the contracts with the platforms. Sad huh …

I can’t see boxing as submissive as it was in the darkest years. And then I hope to be constructive and that no one comes to tell me that I didn’t say it. The air is really heavy.
Why not find important economic resources, for those gyms with the most qualified, most appreciated teachers, and so that they can point out the “most gifted for the discipline of Noble Art” and make sure to help them in maintaining their preparation, to support them? I mean real support!
And one can be competitive internationally! No, I’m not talking about these AIBA farce tournaments!
You can’t get enough of boxers-cops, boxers, and nor cops. And even less than the model paid to attend ringside, after a life of nothing done!
No, there is no recommended “boxer”.
It doesn’t suit a warrior born as such.
They are only specks of infinite sadness that testify to the decay of the “sweet discipline” of the Noble Art. The delegation of small Kosovo is right, with its three boxers, politics cannot and must not influence Sport.
But certainly, politics must cheer on national pride and make economic resources available. And not for the peanut gallery…
