Addio all’immensa LINA WERTMULLER 1928-2021

LINA WERTMULLER con LENI RIEFENSTAHL 1902-2003 ragazze fuori dal comune. Registe pioniere, riferimento artistico e culturale.

LINA WERTMULLER l’ho incontrata spesso, così anti nordista, l’ho incontrata a Milano a Santa Maria le Grazie e persino a Bergamo Alta nella Cappella del Colleoni… “Non è vero quello che dicono… se mi vedi qua è perché amo il Nord…”

E persino a Manhattan in subway, con MARIANGELA MELATO…Da non credere, una visione per una giovane che frequentava l’Actor Studio, di quelle che ti fan sentire che il mondo è cambiato. Ho camminato con loro sino a Broadway, Lina distribuiva soldi a tutti gli artisti da strada, che incontravamo. “Quando vieni a Roma, chiamami”.

L’ho chiamata, ma dopo gli anni di strepitosi successi, faceva fatica a trovare i soldi per la realizzazione dei suoi nuovi film.

LENI RIEFENSTAHL l’ho conosciuta a Milano, ad un festival, un’arzilla signora credo avesse oltre 100 anni. Il suo è un segno indelebile per la Cultura Sportiva. Con un passato inquietante, ma certo interessante e prezioso!

LINA WERTMULLER, ha lasciato pietre miliari nella storia del cinema, con quegli interpreti così affiatati, con i lori tanti colori, e nascevano così sceneggiature stralunate, esilaranti, ma ancor di più incise e impregnate del male sociale, in cui sono nel tempo contemporaneo collocate.

Poi mi fece una sorpresa e venne al cinema Barberini a Roma con Giancarlo Giannini dopo la visione del nostro film, mi porsero un mazzo di rose rosse, e lei e lui così premurosi, e quanti complimenti, con tanti incitamenti: “dai un altro film!”.

Il mondo del cinema italiano era cambiato e in mani statali, ha completamente tarpato le ali. Non è argomento che si può discutere con dei funzionari del ministero…

E chiedeva di me al mio direttore alla fotografia Blasco Giurato: “ma Gianna, quella ragazza di Milano, è brava…”

LINA WERTMULLER così come LENI RIEFENSTHAL, entrambe svizzere, tedesche, austriache, registe, autrici, che hanno sgretolato il luogo comune, grazie a loro quella verità ripetuta, che le donne possono anche creare l’arte, fino al punto che la gente è stufa di sentire. Solo con loro è diventata ovvietà.

LINA WERTMULLER, di madre romana, non era napoletana da sceneggiata o di ovvietà vesuviane, come non lo sono GIANCARLO GIANNINI e MARIANGELA MELATO.

LINA WERTMULLER è stata una grande artista che ha imposto con ironia pungente, esilarante sino alle lacrime, le tante facce di cui si veste e si trasforma l’essere umano e non importa il dialetto, il costume, l’epoca. Sono l’eclettismo, il trasformismo delle maschere della nostra più grande Commedia dell’Arte.

LINA WERTMULLER, la prima donna a essere candidata all’Oscar…con –Pasqualino Settebellezze – tradotto in inglese con Seven Beauties- anche candidato come miglior attore, l’inarrivabile GIANCARLO GIANNINI.

LINA WERTMULLER, una ragazza che guardava al mondo con sferzante critica, facendoci sganasciare dalle risate.

LINA non era un talento e basta, LINA ha perseverato e determinata si è imposta, e le donne di tutto il mondo le sono grate.

Farewell to the immense LINA WERTMULLER 1928-2021

I met LINA WERTMULLER often, so anti-northern, I met her in Milan in Santa Maria le Grazie and even in Bergamo Alta in the Colleoni Chapel … “What they say is not true … if you see me here it is because I love the North … ”

I called her, but after years of smashing success, she was struggling to find the money to make her new films.

I met LENI RIEFENSTAHL in Milano, at a festival, a sprightly lady I think she was over 100 years old. Her mark is an indelible for Sports Culture. With a disturbing past, but certainly interesting and precious!

LINA WERTMULLER, left milestones in the history of cinema, with those interpreters so close-knit, with their many colors, and thus were born bewildered, hilarious scripts, but even more engraved and impregnated with social evil, in which they are placed in contemporary time.
